I’m Justine, a spiritual mentor and transformational healer for high performing empathic women. I work with those looking to move their inner landscape from one of chaos into one of serenity, through the nurturing powers of crystals, sound and meditation. We do this through energy management, through healing. Starting from a point of understanding one’s own energy, what is ours, what is theirs and implementing boundaries, grounding and protection before diving deeper into negative behaviours and patterns that consistently crop up, blocking you from living your life from a place of harmony, with clarity and positive abundance.

I began reiki and crystal healing more than 15 years ago and have since trained in multiple disciplines of spirituality. I’m a reiki master, an accredited crystal practitioner, a pranayama breathwork practitioner, and a yoga nidra facilitator, to name a few! 

I’m committed to guiding women to create space within themselves to truly connect with every side of their being. Supporting them on each curve of their healing journey, together we build a clearer path to the life that they’ve always wanted: One that is connected, purposeful and full of positive energies.

  • Are you feeling stuck in repetitive emotional patterns or reactions that seem impossible to shift? These challenges can manifest emotionally, physically, or spiritually, leaving you searching for clarity and balance. My healing sessions are designed to uncover the root causes of these patterns and support you in embracing your sensitivities as a gift rather than a challenge.

    Each session is unique, tailored to your individual needs and where you are on your healing journey. At the core of my work is hands-on energy healing, often incorporating crystals, sound, and talking therapy. Depending on your needs, our work may also include techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), inner child healing, cord cutting, or other supportive practices to help you release blocks, find clarity, and step into your personal power.

    I’m passionate about equipping you with tools and techniques to use between sessions, empowering you to take charge of your own healing journey and integrate these practices into your daily life.

    With over 25 years of spiritual experience, I provide a safe and nurturing space where your energy can rest, reset, and harmonise. Together, we’ll explore deeper layers of healing, uncovering insights and releasing what no longer serves you.

    Sessions last up to 1 ½ hours and are available online or in person in SW London. They can be booked as a single session or as part of a series of 6 or 12 for more profound transformation.

    A focused, gentle space for sensitive souls who:

    • Feel easily influenced by others’ energy
    • Struggle to stay present in their own space
    • Feel foggy, depleted, or unclear

    You can bring questions about energy work or spiritual practice – or simply come for support, recalibration, and guidance tailored to your needs.

    The session will typically consist of sharing information so that you get an understanding of what you might be struggling with and then perhaps an experiential section if relevant and practical advice to take home.

    This service is available to be booked more than once.  Please ensure for repeat bookings that you do fill in the pre-required form each time which you will be directed to upon successfull booking.
